First, what’s your role? So we can word your plan for you.
What’s frustrating you most about IT right now? Pick any that apply.
Why do you ask about my frustrations?

Two offices with the same number of computers can need very different things. What’s frustrating you tells us what matters most, so we can show you the plan that fits and explain what would change for you, in plain English. We don’t need your name or email to do that, and if you aren’t sure, just pick “Not sure.”

  • What does this mean?

HIPAA protects patient health information. On the tech side, that means:

    • Encrypted email for anything containing patient information
    • Encryption on every computer and server, so a lost or stolen laptop doesn’t expose patient data
    • Multi-factor sign-in and unique logins, with no shared accounts, and automatic screen lock
    • Activity logs showing who opened or changed patient data, kept for audits
    • Encrypted, tested backups with off-site copies
    • A yearly security risk assessment and a signed Business Associate Agreement with us

Included with the Complete and Premium plans.

  • What does this mean?

PCI DSS is the card industry’s security standard. On the tech side, that means:

    • Card terminals on their own network, walled off from staff computers and guest Wi-Fi
    • A firewall with strict rules, plus regular vulnerability scans
    • No card numbers stored on computers or in email
    • Up-to-date security patches and protection on every device that touches payments
    • Help completing your yearly PCI questionnaire

Included with the Complete and Premium plans.

  • What does this mean?

The FTC Safeguards Rule protects customer financial information. On the tech side, that means:

    • Multi-factor sign-in for everyone who accesses customer data
    • Encryption of customer data on devices and in email
    • Access limited to the staff who need it, reviewed regularly
    • Monitoring and logging to spot unauthorized access
    • A written security plan, a yearly risk assessment and an incident response plan

    Quoted separately.

  • What does this mean?

Defense contractors must meet the 110 NIST 800-171 security controls. On the tech side, that means:

    • Separate, controlled storage for defense information, often a dedicated government cloud such as Microsoft GCC High
    • Multi-factor sign-in, encryption and detailed audit logging across all systems
    • Strict device and access control, including blocking unapproved USB drives
    • A System Security Plan and documentation for every control
    • A gap assessment and preparation for CMMC certification

    Quoted separately.

Encrypted email is included with any compliance option. This is a simple guide, not legal advice; we’ll confirm your exact requirements on a call.

  2. Tell us about your office.Enter how many people, computers and servers you have, and whether you handle things like patient information or card payments.
  3. See your plan and your price. You get the plan we recommend, what it changes for your team and an estimated monthly price right away. No email or phone number needed.
What you get

IT that’s handled for you, from support to security.

Every plan is built around the same goal: your team works, your data stays safe and you stop thinking about IT. Here’s what we take care of:

Fast, friendly support
Unlimited remote support from a team that knows your office, with onsite visits when a problem needs someone in the room.
24/7 monitoring and updates
We watch every computer and server around the clock and keep Windows and your apps updated, so small problems get fixed before they slow anyone down.
Security that stops ransomware
Managed detection and response, a managed firewall, multi-factor sign-in and email threat protection keep attackers out and your business running.
Backups you can count on
Local and cloud backups that are monitored and tested, so a failed drive or a bad day never means lost work.
Microsoft 365 for everyone
Business email, Office apps and Microsoft 365 backup, set up and managed for every person on your team.
Help with HIPAA and PCI
If you handle patient information or card payments, we help you protect it and be ready for an audit. FTC Safeguards and CMMC programs are available too, planned together after we review your requirements.
New computers, if you want them
We can supply a new business computer for each person, set it up on day one and replace it every 3 years, so nobody is stuck with slow, aging equipment.
