I was referred to productive IT solutions by a fellow physician colleague. I wasn't sure that I actually needed them or the added expense, but 3 months into my practice I can say with 100% certainty, they have been a Godsent. Besides making sure that everything is compliant and secure, they are always available to help troubleshoot. They set up my entire phone system and were able to help coordinate the internet access as well. It's like having an IT department at your fingertips for a small business.
